INSPIRATION CAFE FOOD FROM OUR HERITAGE - CARDAMOM COOKIES

I'm sharing one of my Danish recipes over at the Inspiration Cafe again today.  Cardamom Cookies.....yummmm!!

    I just looked at your recipe. You're right - they look pretty quick and easy! I often us cardamom as a "secret ingredient" when I tweaking recipes, but I've never heard of Cardamom Cookies. I bet they're good! I love heritage recipes idea.

    I've just been over admitting to my ignorance of spices at the cafe.

    These are diet cookies, right? I believe I've heard that any cookie without chocolate chips and nuts is a diet cookie. Or did I just dream that...
