SOME VALENTINE'S DAY INSPIRATION TO GET YOU STARTED!

I L-O-V-E Valentines Day Projects!  I can't help it!  I've already started on projects for this year, but before I start rolling out the new, let me take a minute and share my Valentine projects from last year with you.  (Now I have to admit, that I cringe when I look at some of my early blog pictures, so just remember, I was a blog newbie of 1 month when most of these projects were done!)

I made this fun bracelet

This Valentine frame  project that was my first "feature" ever.

My Pearled Heart wall hanging that is still one of my faves!

I made this Map Art Wall Hanging.  My first "Map" project.

My Western Wall Hanging was made with some leather out of my son's first cowboy boots. *sigh*

I got hungry and made this Sweet Valentine Party Mix
I was inspired by a kid project and made this Valentine Votive Holder
I got bored one day and did a Candle Makeover with pretty beads and pearls.

I had some fun making these cute Matchbox Candy Holders .

I had a most enjoyable afternoon making different kinds of Valentine Containers to put treats in.

That was a really fun and relaxing day!

I spent one really pleasant morning just decorating my house for Valentines Day.

Well I hope I've inspired you to get started on some Valentines Day projects of your own because February 14th will be here before you know it!

  11. Wow Danni! You are a Valentine crafting maniac! It is one of my favorite days even though so many just peg it as a "commercial holiday". I like having a day set aside just to make the ones we love feel special. That wall hanging with the leather from the boot...how precious! The votive with the dangling hearts, and the pearl heart wall hanging...pretty! They're all darling.

  22. awww...the boots, I know all about that. :) I love the header on your blog! I tease my husband and tell him that he should buy me a silo for our place. He wants to know how he's supposed to haul it home. ;) (Our neighbors have a beautiful one w/a big star.) Maybe we will build one someday. ;) k.

  25. What an inspiring collection of projects. That matchbox candy holder is so fabulous - I'm going to make one for each of my kids for Valentine's day this year. They can keep tiny special things in it after they eat the candy. Thanks for the idea!
